the room was spacious and very clean. they promptly changed the linens when i requested it, excellent. the front desk staff were very helpful , attending to requests quickly. the service was excellent.
the hotel's location is a bit far from al-haram , requiring reliance on shuttle services.

the hotel offers convenient transportation with a bus available almost all the time, the wait time is less than ten minutes. the journey to the jamarat bus stop is brief, allowing easy transfer to al haram with frequent buses running every few minutes.

there's a barber shop available within the hotel , which is very convenient and saves time. a coffee shop on the ground floor offers a wonderful addition to the hotel. underground parking provides ample space and security for vehicles.

the hotel offer a super transportation service. a bus run most the time, and i wait no more than 10 minutes. the bus go to the jamarat bus stop fast, i then take another bus to al haram. these buses come often, the trip from the hotel to al haram only take like 15 minutes.
the towels have hair on them, its so dirty. the fridge work bad. the staff wasn't friendly!

The room included great space. It worked well when kids are together. Services were good all time. Shuttle service operated all day. Though the drop point to the Haram was a bit far, the amazing facilities more than compensate. I found a washing area, this made washing clothes very easy. The staff showed really good customer service. I found them very cute. The room was great. Cleanliness was good. Prayer room was available. Shops located on the ground floor brought extra convenience. Every aspect of my stay worked well. The location allowed easy access. It was easy to find. The shuttle bus to Haram was always available. Parking space was free and safe. The staff assisted me very well. I found the service very satisfactory. Facilities and accommodations met my needs. I will stay there again. I will recommend it to others.

My standard quadruple room was spacious, which helped a lot. the 24-hour shuttle service proved useful every day of my stay, even though the drop-off point required a short walk. i also found the on-site clothes washing area convenient. It saved me a lot of time and effort during my trip.

the shuttle service was ON time.
The STAFF was not very friendly AT all. the room had a bad smell of cigarettes, AWFUL. i always had to ask for toilet papers.
